Nothing like going to a logging festival to truly experience living in WA and on the West Coast! We, unfortunately, missed the kids parade but caught the other parade. No worries though, we still got our fill of candy and toys :) The weather was perfect ... maybe a bit too hot after sitting in the sun for 4 hours ... but we still couldn't have asked for better weather. These guys were amazing to watch; so strong and so fast! And don't forget the elephant ears, the lemonade, the shaved ice, the corn-dogs, and the pulled pork sandwiches when you go to a festival. Sometimes the food and the people watching is the most fun!
